Kelly Leonard is a long time Alaskan from Valdez. She also spent time living in Girdwood (working on the mountain) and fishing commercially out of Prince William Sound. After getting married, she and her husband moved to Palmer where she homeschooled their four children. Kelly began painting a few years ago to unwind in the evenings, and soon got hooked. Kelly paints lively abstracts with vibrant colors, fields of flowers, and Alaskan landscapes.
